At The Living Rome Apartments, guests are pampered with welcoming tea/coffee & homemade pastry upon arrival; fresh fruit and other breakfast goodies are complimentary. The apartment has been furnished in a contemporary style and while it reflects the latest interior design trends, it has maintained its original architectonic features. Several amenities are provided to ensure the pleasure and comfort of its guests including a kot and high chair. 
A spacious and very stilish living room allows comfortable seating area, dining space as well as a cozy reading corner. The living room overlooks Via Urbana. However, despite it being in the midst of a busy and well frequented area, the apartment is acoustically protected. 
The apartment is decorated in a gentleman's club style with a boiserie and many original antique furniture pieces mixed with some more contemporary and vibrant touches. The sofa bed is a perfect solution for children or extra guest. 
The marbled bathroom has a very large shower and also has a washing machine which may be useful during your holiday. All towels and bath robes are 100% cotton. Shower Gel and other toiletries are complimentary.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x190), a very original cupboard, seating area and gorgeous wallpaper Makrana by Harlequin. 
The kitchen is supplied with brand new cooking appliances allowing for the preparation of complete meals and/or heating appliances. Apart from a gas cooking hob, an electric oven is supplied, a refrigerator having a small ice box, Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle and an electric blender are also supplied and anthing else you may need to prepare your meals as well as Villeroy and Boch dinnerware. 
A/C is provided both in the living room and in the bedroom.

A complimentary bottle of Prosecco, typical of the Italian tradition, will be available to celebrate your arrival, together with and snacks. Moreover, both red and white, Italian DOCG wine, is provided, should our guests wish to purchase some during their stay.
