This two bedroom apartment housed in an XVIII-century building on a second floor, is conveniently located between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and has recently been restructured by a reknowned Italian architect. The Spanish Steps Apartment, has two master bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area, an elegant bathroom, a contemporary kitchen and an enclosed terrace; a rarity in the old town. At The Living Rome Apartments, guests are pampered with welcoming tea/coffee & homemade pastry upon arrival; fresh fruit and other breakfast goodies are complimentary. The apartment has been furnished in a contemporary style and while it reflects the latest interior design trends, it has maintained its original architectonic features. Several amenities are provided to ensure the pleasure and comfort of its guests including a kot and high chair. The elegant entreè, lit by a crystal chandelier, has an antique wooden cabinet converted into a bar supplying cocktail utensils. The adjacent living room, having original stucco ceilings, has an L shaped sofabed, and a dining area which sits six. A 42" Full HD Samsung Led TV and a DVD Player are also available. A number of DVDs showing movies in the original language, are supplied. An unlimited WI-FI connection is provided for free use throughout the apartment. The living room, as well as one of the master bedrooms overlook Via Francesco Crispi. However, despite it being in the midst of a busy and well frequented area, the apartment is acoustically protected by double windows.

The kitchen is supplied with brand new cooking appliances allowing for the preparation of complete meals and/or heating appliances. Apart from a gas cooking hob, an electric oven is supplied, a refrigerator having a small ice box, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle and an electric blender are also supplied. The large French windows leading to the small terrace keep the kitchen very bright at all times of the day. The bathroom, has an electric window for airing, a spacious shower with a LED shower head, a washing machine and a wc/bidet facility. All towels and bath robes are 100% cotton. Shower Gel and other toiletries are complimentary. The “Roman Safari “ master bedroom has a 32"led TV, an AC which is sufficient to cool the whole apartment, a spacious cupboard as well as an internet work station/dressing table. The room is at the back of the apartment and leads directly into the small terrace. The “Romantic Grey" bedroom is elegantly furnished and has an original 18th century stone fireplace. This room may be used with a double bed or two single beds, as per our guests needs. Both bedrooms are supplied with Tea/Coffee facilities. The terrace, a rarity in buildings of that period, is perfect for summer time breakfast, lunch and evening cocktails. The table can sit up to six persons and is easily served by the adjacent kitchen. An original fountain-like sink is an added feature of the terrace, providing plant-watering and washing facilities. Seasonal, aromatic mediterranean herbs are available to provide a special touch to your cuisine. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco, typical of the Italian tradition, will be available to celebrate your arrival, together with and snacks. Moreover, both red and white, Italian DOCG wine, is provided, should our guests wish to purchase some during their stay.
